Shipment and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the location and total weight of the shipment.

 

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Exchange Policy

1. For exchange, please call our Customer Service by WhatsApp at +60123029755 or email to csr@sdb.com.my with your order number and information on the affected item within 3 days of receiving the goods.
2. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:

a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or

b. If the product is different from the Order delivered.

3. Exchange of Products can only be exchanged with the same product.
