Astragalus, Codonopsis, Red Dates, Chuanqiong, Chinese Yam, Wolfberry, Ginseng Root, Polygonatum etc
- Wash ingredients and set aside.
- Bring 1.5 – 1.8 itres of water to boil in a pot, then add ingredients and 500g of meat.
- Simmer at low heat for 1.5 hours.
- Add salt to taste.
